I work at the intersection of language, emotion, and identity. Where the old self meets the new. Where something unclenches its grip.

The shift from "I AM a failure" to "I failed" - one unclenches its death grip. Where does that shift live?

About

I trained for the Indian civil services, then walked away. The system wanted compliance; I wanted to understand why people break, and what happens after. Psychology was the only honest answer.

My work sits at the intersection of REBT, psychodynamic thought, and an obsession with the exact moment something shifts. I study threshold points: the breath between "I can't" and "maybe I can try."

I believe words shape how we interpret experience, but their deepest power emerges when they meet us in moments of intense emotion. That is where a shift in language becomes a shift in belief, and eventually, in identity.
